Grooms Cakes

Our most popular grooms cake is Pat's famous Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Fudge icing. These cakes can be served at your rehearsal dinner, or as a part of, or in addition to the servings of your wedding cake at your reception.

Fondant Cakes

Fondant icing, a finely rolled paste, provides a satin finish to your cakes and allows for intricate design. These cakes are usually topped with gumpaste flowers, another special technique. Extra planning goes into the design of these creations, therefore, it is necessary to order well in advance.

White Chocolate

A beautiful addition to your wedding cake are white chocolate curls or spikes.
